Hungarian garlic-flavored pork and potato dish

Sorry for not posting in a while, I have some big changes lying ahead of me in my life, that need my full attention right now. However, I have some recipes waiting to be shared, so here is a great one.
This is a typical Hungarian dish, with lots of garlic. It is very satisfying, though I admit it is not the healthiest one (which is true for many Hungarian food).

Hungarian garlic flavored port and potato dish
Ingredients:

1 kg (2 pounds) of potato
0.5 kg (1 pound) of pork (leg)
marjoram
garlic ( a few cloves, but the more is the better)
1 onion
salt, pepper
oil

Chop the onion, fry it in a pan in oil, than add the chopped meat. Cook for a while, than season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Grate the garlic cloves over it. Cook until the meat seems ready and juicy. Meanwhile, peel and chop the potatoes, and cook them in boiling , salted water until they are soft. Then drain and transfer them into the pan with the meat, add some more oil if necessary, and stir-fry the whole amount together. You can serve it with fresh parsley on top.
